As part of our robust recruitment policy we ensure all nursery staff have under gone a Criminal Records Bureau
enhanced disclosure check, two interviews and have provided at least two outstanding references. We are very
proud of our diverse staff team in terms of age and experience. We aim to always ensure each room has an experienced member
of staff to lead each room.
Staff Training:
All staff under go a full induction period within the nursery, being shadowed
for their first two weeks within the setting, before becoming a 'member of staff'.

Mary Poppins we are fully committed to continuous professional development, and aim to ensure all staff access both in house
and out house training on a regular basis.
